With the right amount of finesse and empathy, you process the varied requests from our US-customers: regardless, if via our ticket system, via e-mail or phone. These customer requests can, for example, concern questions about pending deliveries or status updates, but also reclamations, returns and retractions. Our detailed guidelines help you with supporting our customers during, and after placing their order: that way all requests can be processed efficiently and successfully. That way, you will make sure that our customers are always happy and content!
Additionally, you ensure a smooth process from the order to the successful delivery of the products to the US. In this regard, the contact with our manufacturers is part of your area of responsibility as well.

You are characterized by a customer-focused and service-oriented personality and very good communication skills: if our customers are happy, so are you! Additionally, you have the ability to put yourself in our customers’ position and always find satisfying solutions with your friendly and accommodating nature. Even in stressful situations you remain friendly and courteous, and you keep a clear head at all times.
You have successfully completed some form of vocational training or an apprenticeship, and you have excellent command of the English language, both in speaking and in writing. Ideally, you already have some experience in customer support, otherwise your new colleagues will be happy to teach you everything you need to know.
